Returns
At The Bagging Co., it’s very important to us that all our customers are delighted with their orders. We hope you enjoy your purchase from our online store.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the items within 14 days from the date you receive your order (except during Black Friday and Christmas periods, when the return period is extended). You must submit your return request through this link. You will only need your order number and email address.
To accept the return, all merchandise must be new and unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.
You will immediately receive the return label by email, as well as the refund via your original payment method, through an IBAN number, or store credit — the choice is yours.
The Bagging Co. does not cover the shipping costs for returns. You will be refunded the order amount minus shipping costs as follows:
- Spain and mainland Portugal: €4.99
- Balearic Islands: €7.90
- UK: €9.99
- France, Germany, Austria, and Italy: Free
- Rest of Europe: €12
Returns are not accepted if an exchange has already been made previously.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, we make it easy and it’s totally FREE.
From the moment your order is delivered, you have 14 days to submit your exchange request via this [link]. You will only need your order number and email address.
Items must be in the same condition as when you received them. A new order number will be generated, and the exchange will be sent within our usual delivery times.
The first exchange is completely free. For any additional exchanges, The Bagging Co. will not cover shipping costs. Shipping fees from the second exchange onward are:
- Spain and Peninsular Portugal: €4.99
- Balearic Islands: €7.90
- UK: €9.99
- France, Germany, Austria and Italy: Free
- Rest of Europe: €12
Exchanges are not accepted if a previous return has been made.
Important: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection process. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return. If the item is in poor condition (stained, damaged, or not a product from our store), we will not accept the return, and unfortunately, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Extended Return and Exchange Period during Black Week:
Only from Black Week onward, we extend the returns and exchanges period. All purchases made from the start of Black Week until the January sales can be returned until January 15th. This way, we offer you more peace of mind for your seasonal purchases and Christmas gifts.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Incorrect product: If you received the wrong item in your order, you can return it and we will replace it with the correct one. In this case, we recommend contacting us by email at info@thebaggingco.com or via our contact form to explain your situation.

Damaged or defective product: If the item you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it and, after evaluation, we will replace it with the same item. Please send us an email with photos of the product to info@thebaggingco.com or process the return through this [link], indicating it is defective.

We do not accept returns of products damaged due to improper use.
