Shipping Times

For orders shipped to mainland Spain and Portugal, you will receive your order within 24-48 business hours. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. If an order is placed on a public holiday, it will also be processed and shipped the next business day.

*For shipments to the Balearic Islands, delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

For orders to France, Germany, and the UK, delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.

For the rest of Europe, delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.

Shipping Costs in Spain and Portugal

For orders over €39.90, shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal is free. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.99.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands costs €7.90 and is free for orders over €50.

Shipping Costs in France and Germany

The carrier will be FedEx, with a delivery time of 4-5 business days.

• Orders between €0-20: shipping cost €9.99

• Orders between €20-50: shipping cost €4.99

• Orders over €50: free shipping

By default, home delivery is selected at checkout, but once the package is shipped, FedEx will contact you via SMS. Through this SMS, you can request delivery to a pickup point instead of home delivery at no extra cost. If you choose home delivery, FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times and then contact you to leave the package at a pickup point near your delivery address.

Shipping Costs for the Rest of Europe

The carrier will be FedEx, with a delivery time of 4-7 business days.

Shipping cost is €12.
