How can I place an order on the site?

For any order placed on our TheBaggingCo website, you must create an account. You can create this account beforehand or at the beginning of the checkout process. To begin an order, simply add the items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once in your shopping cart, you can place an order by following the various steps of the ordering process (address, delivery, payment, etc.). By validating your order, you validate and accept our website's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

TheBaggingCo is not responsible for delays, but in such cases, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see how we can help you.

How are orders tracked?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link so you can always see where your order is. It's that easy!

How do I use my discount codes?

You can apply your discount code just before completing your purchase: in the cart summary, you'll see a field that says "Discount Code." Just enter it there, click "Apply," and the discount will automatically appear in your total.

🔔 Attention, in case of personal coupon:

Your discount codes are linked to your account and can only be used by you. They are for single use and cannot be combined. If you return a discount code, it will not be reactivated nor will a new coupon be generated.

I would like to cancel my order.

However, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be taken into account in a timely manner.

In this case, a free refund will be processed. (The refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.)
