FAQ - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Do you have any questions about your purchase?
I'd like to exchange or return my order. What should I do?
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return or exchange the items within 14 days from the date you receive your order (except during Black Friday and Christmas periods, when the return period is extended). You must submit your return request through this link. You will only need your order number and email address.
How do I get a refund after a return?
If you have made a return, you will be refunded using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
For example, if you paid by credit card, your money will be refunded directly to your bank account.
If you paid via Paypal, you will be refunded directly to your Paypal account.
How long does it take to get my money back?
The refund will be processed once the product has returned to our warehouse. To begin, please register your return request via this link.
Are shipping costs refunded?
If you're requesting an exchange, your first exchange is free. For any subsequent exchanges, the same conditions apply as for returns (explained below).
For returns, shipping costs are generally not refunded. They will only be refunded if:
- The product received doesn't match your original order.
- You received a defective product.
Please note that The Bagging Co. does not cover return shipping costs. You will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fees as follows:
- Spain and Peninsular Portugal: €4.99
- Balearic Islands: €7.90
- UK: €9.99
- France, Germany, Austria and Italy: Free
- Rest of Europe: €12
