What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are 24-48 hours (business days) from the date the package is shipped within mainland Spain. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days. For the European countries where we distribute, the delivery time is 4-5 business days.
The preparation time for the package before shipping is 1 to 2 days.
These times may be subject to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, technical problems, etc.) that are beyond the control of TheBaggingCo.
TheBaggingCo is not responsible for delays, but in such cases, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see how we can help you.
To which countries can I ship my order?
We ship to several destinations. Here are the details by region:
Spain (Peninsula):
-Home delivery with MRW: €4.99 (free for orders over €39.90)
-Shipping to collection point with SEUR: €4.99 (free for orders over €39.90) *After payment, you'll be asked to select the delivery point.
Balearic Islands:
- Home delivery with SEUR: €7.90 (free for orders over €50)
🚫 We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Portugal:
-Home delivery with MRW: €4.99 (free for orders over €39.90)
Europe and United Kingdom:
- Home delivery with FEDEX (you can select a collection point directly with them):
- Orders from €0 to €20: €9.99
- Orders from €20 to €50: €4.99

What can I do if I am absent on the day of delivery?
If you have selected home delivery, you will have two delivery attempts. If you are not present on the first day, carrier will call you to arrange a second delivery. Make sure you are present that day; otherwise, you will have to go to the nearest branch to pick up the package.
In the event of an excessive delay, you can contact our customer service team.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes. When you place an order, in the "Addresses" section, you have the option to add a different address than the delivery address by unchecking the "Use the same address for billing" box. You can also change your addresses in "My Account" by clicking "My Addresses," then selecting a delivery address and adding a different billing address.
What are the delivery methods?
We offer different delivery options depending on your location:
Spain (Peninsula):
- Home delivery with MRW
- Delivery to collection point with SEUR
Balearic Islands
- Home delivery with SEUR
Portugal
- Home delivery with MRW
Europe and the United Kingdom
- Home delivery with FEDEX (you can also choose a pickup point with FEDEX)
Remember that the person picking up the package must show their ID to formalize the delivery.
What should I do if the courier loses my order or if it is not delivered?
If there is any problem with the delivery:
- The loss of your package...
- Non-delivery of your order even though the tracking number indicates that the order has been delivered
The procedure will be different:
1. If your package is delivered against signature: please contact our customer service via the contact form to file a claim.
2. If your package is delivered without a signature: It is essential that you contact the shipping company to file a claim with their service. TheBaggingCo Customer Service will not be able to intervene to file a claim on your behalf.
Once the shipping company has completed its investigation into your claim, you will be sent an email informing you of:
- that your order will be compensated because it has been recognized that there was a problem during delivery.
- that the investigation demonstrates that your order was actually delivered to the address indicated.
>> In both cases, you must forward this email to our customer service department so we can assist you in determining whether or not to refund your order.
